Refund policy

At SERĀRE, we want you to love what you ordered.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at ywntnbysmwtmhsb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

EXCHANGES
